Again I have not used this feature but for those with a small boat, jet ski or other small craft should look into using this. Likewise, there is a boat ramp allowing access to the inter coastal side of the park. We have not gone here so I can't comment on that. There is a visitor center that you can visit. Just move up or down the beach a little and you will have your own little piece of heaven. Likewise, the areas near the parking lots sometimes have a high percentage of people fishing. It's soft, and sometimes walking through it can be a challenge. The Atlantic shore has some of the most beautiful beach sand I have ever seen. There, you have been warned! However, when you get into the park, you will quickly see why this park is so popular. Please note, that parking here is extremely limited! The parking lots fill up quickly and the park will limit inbound traffic once the lots reach capacity. Canaveral National Seashore is part of the National Park System, and a beautiful place to visit.
